> Here is the interview with Ermanno Acquaviva, a professional in the sector with over 25 years of experience, present in San Ferdinando di Puglia with his ACQUAVIVA REAL ESTATE agency and since last year he has chosen to become a Partner of L' immobiliare.com.

> Mr. Acquaviva, your ACQUAVIVA REAL ESTATE agency has been present in San Ferdinando di Puglia for many years. How and when did interest in this sector arise?
I started this activity of mine officially in 1995 (1992 unofficially, it was difficult for me to participate in the AI course and the Chamber of Commerce exam), an activity that has always fascinated me, listening to the experiences of a friend of mine from New York (ReMax) and a cousin of mine from Milan (Tecnocasa). Both created in me a strong curiosity and desire to follow this profession without ever having regrets or second thoughts. It is very important for me to be able to count on a group of colleagues with whom I share the same strategies, the same objectives and a common ethic.

> Since last year you have decided to become a Partner of the historic Grimaldi Family brand – Limmobiliare.com, how did you find out about this opportunity?
Last year during an OID-Nar meeting organized by Regold I had the pleasure of meeting Colleagues first and then Friends, who were part of l'Immobiliare.com, I received an invitation to consider the opportunity to take part. After a long telephone presentation of the Group and the modus operandi, I couldn't help but seize this opportunity for myself and I hope in the future to be the same in my own small way also for the Big Family of l'immobiliare.com.

> How important is the possibility of knowing and collaborating preferentially with qualified real estate consultants throughout the national territory for you?
Collaboration and getting to know new colleagues is fundamental for my business. I have always shared experiences and tasks with trusted colleagues who have contributed exponentially to my professional and cultural growth. If today I have reached a reasonable professional level I owe much to it. to continuous comparison with expert and humanely available colleagues. Therefore, I am sure that I will find many growth opportunities in this family too, especially after having personally met the engineer. Jacopo Grimaldi and Alessandro Masiero, my initial choice was amply rewarded.

> How has the real estate market changed in your area over the last year?
Strangely and I say strangely not by chance, I was convinced, as I imagine most of us are, that with the Pandemic we would have to negatively review our business. Instead, the year 2020 and this beginning of 2021 I worked a lot and let's say well despite all the limitations of the case. It's really true that when people stop from their usual routine they decide better, especially when it comes to making big changes (buying or moving house). The residential market has not suffered any repercussions, where I have noticed a bit of a decline is on the commercial market in general (rentals and sales). But all this has also been facilitated by the continuous decline in market prices, when the gap (supply and demand) narrows the market moves. All in all I am satisfied with what has been produced, I hope for an increasingly bright future for everyone both professionally and socially.
